The Warrior Factory Syracuse — Text Message Terms

These terms describe any optional text-messaging programs offered by Blaze Warrior Corporation, doing business as The Warrior Factory Syracuse (“we,” “us”). SMS consent is not currently collected through our Syracuse inquiry forms, and these terms do not themselves enroll you in texts.

Types of messages, if offered

• Inquiry and booking texts: communications about a submitted inquiry, trial, class, party or group booking, where appropriate consent has been obtained.
• Promotional texts: recurring offers, events, camps and other marketing messages, where separate promotional consent has been obtained.

Each category requires its own applicable opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may inquire, register or purchase without agreeing to promotional text messages.

Frequency, fees and support

Message frequency varies depending on the program and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out by replying STOP to a message from the relevant program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (315) 468-7961 or [email protected]. Opt-out and help responses depend on an active SMS program and number.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information to deliver messages on our behalf.
