This notice describes how we handle personal information collected through our Syracuse inquiry forms, direct communications, and related customer-management activities. Our franchisor operates the main Warrior Factory website; separate website-wide privacy and cookie notices may also apply when you visit that website.
Information we collect
- Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
- Inquiry information: the classes, trials, parties, camps, open play or group events you ask about; preferred dates, expected attendance, approximate participant age ranges, and messages you submit.
- Customer-service information: notes about communications, registration or booking status, and relevant customer history when supplied to us through our registration system or by you.
- Communication preferences: marketing opt-ins, opt-outs, their available timestamps and sources, and other consent records.
- Technical information: form submission date/time, form and referral source when available, and limited device, connection, and anti-spam information used for site operation and security. Our forms may use Cloudflare bot protection.
Our general inquiry forms are intended for adults, including parents, guardians, group organizers, and adult participants. Please do not submit medical, financial, or other sensitive information through an inquiry form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; help you arrange trials, classes, parties, camps and group visits; maintain contact and booking records; provide customer service; protect our forms and systems from misuse; and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. We may assess inquiry volumes and service effectiveness using available reporting and analytics.
We send promotional email through our inquiry-form marketing program only when you affirmatively opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Other operational communications about an inquiry or an existing booking are separate from promotional messages.
We are not currently collecting SMS marketing consent through our Syracuse inquiry forms. If we offer an SMS program in the future, we will provide separate disclosures and obtain the applicable consent before sending those messages. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to carry out our business, which may include LeadConnector/HighLevel for inquiry forms, CRM and messaging; iClassPro for registrations and bookings; Microsoft 365 for business email; and Cloudflare for form security. Information may also be processed by the franchisor, our website operator, or other service providers where reasonably necessary to fulfill your request, support the site, manage the franchise operation, or comply with legal obligations.
We may disclose information when required by law or in connection with legitimate business transactions, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message consent information is not shared with third parties for their marketing. Service providers may process such data solely to provide services on our behalf.
Website analytics and advertising
The main franchise-operated website may use analytics, cookies, pixels, or related technologies under its own privacy and cookie disclosures. Inquiry forms and other pages we operate may collect source and technical information to understand how visitors reach and use those forms. Retention and security
We retain inquiry, customer-service, and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to operate our programs, respond to requests, maintain accurate records, and meet legal obligations. Consent and opt-out records may be retained as needed to honor communication preferences and demonstrate compliance. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or de-identify it subject to technical and legal requirements.
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain, although no online system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
- Promotional emails: use the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us directly.
- Text messages, if offered: follow the instructions in the text or reply STOP to an eligible program message.
- Access, correction, deletion, or questions: email [email protected]. We will review requests and respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where legally permitted or necessary to honor an opt-out.
Children
Our inquiry forms are directed to adults. We do not knowingly invite children under age 13 to submit information directly through these forms. Parents and guardians may provide limited information about a child, such as an age range and program interest, so we can assist with enrollment. If you believe a child provided personal information directly without appropriate involvement, contact us.
